One of my favorite sayings is, “God doesn’t want any homeless children.” I mean by that, if you’re a Christian you need to have a church home. If you’re going to be a part of God’s family in heaven you need to be a part of a church family on earth.
"But," you say, “there are too many hypocrites in the church.” You’re right. There are too many, but one more won’t make any difference. So, come on, join us and if not at our place find another Bible believing church, join it, and serve the Lord through it. You need a place where you can worship, find encouragement, and receive inspiration for the right kind of living.
Do you need a verse for that? “Let us consider on another to provoke one another to love and good works; not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is . . .” (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Sunday is a good time to start. Pastors all over your town will leave the light on for you.
